It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctions by Wallace may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All items are sold "As Is Where Is". Auctions by Wallace will only void the sale on coins that are not genuine unless advertised as such and or grossly misrepresented . All items must be removed day of auction unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Buyer's Premium for in house bidders is 13% with a 3% discount for CASH. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and now American Express. Auctions by Wallace accepts Absentee Bids and will bid on the Bidder's behalf just as if they were bidding in the auction. We attempt to obtain an opening bid either in-house or on-line prior to bidding for the absentee bidder. Should there be a tie in bidding the in-house bidder will always be given preference as they took the time to travel to and attend the auction.
